“Less time is spent hand-sketching the lift drawings, allowing superintendents to spend more time in the field overseeing quality.”

CLOSEOUT

CONSTRUCTION

A process that utilizes a 3D model to layout the structural assemblies and produce lift drawings. Lift drawings are the concrete assembly drawings used by foremen during on-site construction. The model houses all the intelligence for the creation of 1) Digital Lift Drawings, 2) Formwork Drawings, 3) Rebar Fabrication Drawings, 4) Robotic Field Layout, 5) Accurate Quantity Take-offs and 6) As-Built Information.

  • Produce accurate lift drawings using cuts and sections from 3D model.
  • Reduces human error, catches field conflicts before field work has started.
  • Better understanding of the project from drawing review and model creation.
  • Increase productivity of field workers by visually showing them the process and end result.
  • Avoid costly mistakes (i.e., missing embeds, incorrect sequencing, no chipping-out mistakes etc.)
